By booking an appointment, you accept and agree to all terms and conditions including fees incurred by cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. 

We require that cancellations be made no later than 24 hours BEFORE a scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service. Cancellations made within one hour of the scheduled appointment or missed appointment (no show) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. This will be charged to the card on file.

We require a valid credit card on file to schedule an appointment. This card will be charged in cases of cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment or missed appointments.

We want you to love your hair. If an issue arises which requires any modification of the service, we will reschedule you with the same stylist at no cost. We must be notified WITHIN 24 HOURS and  the appointment must be scheduled within 10 days of the original service. Refunds are not issued on services.

SMS reminders are sent out within the week of your scheduled appointment as a courtesy. Missing an appointment by failing to receive these reminders are not excluded from the cancellation policy.

We carry only the most exclusive and effective home care products. Unboxed, unopened, and unused retail products may be exchanged within 3 days of purchase. Open and/or used products may not be exchanged. Refunds are not issued for retail products.

Unless receiving a service, children are not to be in the service area or in the waiting area.
