• Strong styling ability using a range of tools (formal or bridal styling not required).

• Exceptional time management skills.

Functions:

• Deliver customized and exceptional services to guests.
• Build and maintain guest experience standards.
• Demonstrate features, benefits, and usage of products to guests for retail home-care.
• Uphold professional appearance guidelines, while consistently evolving looks to reflect current trends.
• Maintain highest level of sanitation of tools, supplies, and workspace.

Who you are:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited cosmetology program, recent graduate, or newly licensed cosmetologist.

Competencies:

• Foundational knowledge of color theory, color application, and lightening.
• Basic knowledge of hair cutting (round, square, and triangular).
• Efficient blow drying skills to ensure shiny and smooth results.
• Exceptional SMA (sanitary maintenance area) skills.
• Clear and concise communication ability.

Functions:

• Assist with daily operations and salon guests.
• Anticipate needs to increase efficiency across the salon team. 
• Uphold professional appearance guidelines, while consistently evolving looks to reflect current trends.
• Maintain highest level of sanitation of tools, supplies, and workspace.
